In order to provide a better service and generate significant savings for our customers, at Mail Boxes Etc, we only charge physical weight and not volumetric weight, for online purchases made through our P.O.Box service in Miami. We understand that packaging is a factor that neither we, nor the customers can control. However, our main objective is the satisfaction of our users.
